    We stand by our products. All of our products are created by us, and yes, we are a real company. We're not one of those print on demand companies where you won't receive your product for a month. We have an actual retail location, and warehouse in Arizona. 

    If you're not happy with your product, send it back, on us. All you have to do is fill out the form at the bottom of this page (returns/exchanges link) and we will send you a prepaid label. Please note, the return must be taken place within 30 days of order date, and the shirt cannot be washed. If the shirt was washed, we will give you store credit. 

    Our shirts ship out from our warehouse/retail store located in Phoenix, Arizona within 1-3 working days. Please note, shipping times may be longer for those living on the east cost. West coast customers usually receive their packages within 2-4 days.

      Awesome Shirt

      Have a lot of retro rifle shirts and love them. This shirt, the sheriff button down, didn’t disappoint! Retro rifle killed it with this one, definitely one of my favorites. Love the design, colors, and as always the feel and quality. Highly recommend!!

      Best shirts I've ever owned

      I by no means have the largest Retro Rifle collection, but every shirt, hat, bag, and accessory has been exceptional quality and their customer service is beyond reproach. Any issue I have experienced (as infrequently as they occur) was met with near instant response and no hassle. I wear a Retro Rifle product every day and they have held up through EXTREME abuse. From working in a factory with caustic chemicals, grease, stains, rips and tears. Things that would have obliterated another shirt RR shirts look great and keep their color. Ill never buy a shirt from anywhere else. I always look forward to the next new product release.

      Love it. Great craftsmanship and wonderful material and weight. Great for hot weather and cool weather. Easy to clean. I bought one shirt 5 months ago and I’m addicted now. My closet has 22 of there shirts now. Haha

      These guys are absolutely fantastic! This is the 5th button down I've got from them. I'd probably buy one of each if I could. Also, when I ordered this shirt, a different one was sent to me by mistake. When I contacted customer support, they asked if I would like to keep the shirt they mistakenly sent and have them send me the one I ordered. Free of charge. These guys are great, and I would recommend them to anyone who loves stylish, well fitting and comfortable button downs. Everywhere I wear them, I always get at least a handful of compliments and people asking me where I got them.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Are your drops limited?

    Yes. Every release is produced in limited quantities, and once it sells out, it’s gone for good. The only exceptions are select legacy styles, which are clearly marked and kept in stock for new customers.

    Will you restock sold-out items?

    No. Limited edition items are not restocked once they sell out. Occasionally, small quantities may appear in the Vault from backstock, canceled orders, or unused PR inventory.

    How does sizing work?

    All of our products are true to size. Order the wrong size, or it doesnt fit? Exchange it on us with a prepaid shipping label.

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping takes 5-7 business days within the USA.
