We work hard to get your order out fast and accurately.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During major launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available option.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help however we can. Please email cs@retro-rifle.com and we will fix the issue however we can!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Preorders
If your order contains a preorder item, your shipment may be held until all items are available. Estimated ship dates for preorder products will be listed on the product page.
