    We stand by our products. All of our products are created by us, and yes, we are a real company. We're not one of those print on demand companies where you won't receive your product for a month. We have an actual retail location, and warehouse in Arizona. 

    If you're not happy with your product, send it back, on us. All you have to do is fill out the form at the bottom of this page (returns/exchanges link) and we will send you a prepaid label. Please note, the return must be taken place within 30 days of order date, and the shirt cannot be washed. If the shirt was washed, we will give you store credit. 

    Our shirts ship out from our warehouse/retail store located in Phoenix, Arizona within 1-3 working days. Please note, shipping times may be longer for those living on the east cost. West coast customers usually receive their packages within 2-4 days.

      Gizmo loves it

      Got my dog this shirt as an add-on to my order for an anniversary gift for my husband. Was not disappointed! Gizmo loves it and he looks absolutely adorable! My only regret is not being able to get a matching one for myself, as all the smaller sizes were sold out 😭.

      Cool product

      Nice idea, but even the 2xl is too snug for my 70lb german shepherd mix. I know I was pushing the limits but wanted it to work. So, really cool shirts if you have a small dog. Wish they'd make some a little larger though.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Are your drops limited?

    Yes. Every release is produced in limited quantities, and once it sells out, it’s gone for good. The only exceptions are select legacy styles, which are clearly marked and kept in stock for new customers.

    Will you restock sold-out items?

    No. Limited edition items are not restocked once they sell out. Occasionally, small quantities may appear in the Vault from backstock, canceled orders, or unused PR inventory.

    How does sizing work?

    All of our products are true to size. Order the wrong size, or it doesnt fit? Exchange it on us with a prepaid shipping label.

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping takes 5-7 business days within the USA.
