    We stand by our products. All of our products are created by us, and yes, we are a real company. We're not one of those print on demand companies where you won't receive your product for a month. We have an actual retail location, and warehouse in Arizona. 

    If you're not happy with your product, send it back, on us. All you have to do is fill out the form at the bottom of this page (returns/exchanges link) and we will send you a prepaid label. Please note, the return must be taken place within 30 days of order date, and the shirt cannot be washed. If the shirt was washed, we will give you store credit. 

    Our shirts ship out from our warehouse/retail store located in Phoenix, Arizona within 1-3 working days. Please note, shipping times may be longer for those living on the east cost. West coast customers usually receive their packages within 2-4 days.

      Amazing quality product. Horrible customer service.

      I got one of my F&L shirts but, I never received this one. I was told that it they made the order but “had to check with the warehouse because it said OOS when they made it”, whatever that means. Said they should know by Monday. Didn’t hear anything for 11 days. Email back if they heard anything. They said “are sold out as there isn’t one in the box :(“ multiple very vague, close ended, unhelpful responses with annoying accompanying emojis. (An odd choice) finally they said they could refund me. And when I said we could do that, they said they had to “wait for the offices as they are MST” once again very unhelpful. Still haven’t heard anything or received a refund.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Are your drops limited?

    Yes. Every release is produced in limited quantities, and once it sells out, it’s gone for good. The only exceptions are select legacy styles, which are clearly marked and kept in stock for new customers.

    Will you restock sold-out items?

    No. Limited edition items are not restocked once they sell out. Occasionally, small quantities may appear in the Vault from backstock, canceled orders, or unused PR inventory.

    How does sizing work?

    All of our products are true to size. Order the wrong size, or it doesnt fit? Exchange it on us with a prepaid shipping label.

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping takes 5-7 business days within the USA.
